Dear Patients:
We hope you are all safe and doing well during this difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been working hard to maintain safe access and continuity of care for our patients and that WE ARE OPEN AND AVAILABLE FOR YOUR HEALTH CARE NEEDS.
Please contact our office by telephone with any health-related concern and you will be offered a telephone or telehealth/telemed appointment (virtual visit via video conference). Many concerns can be easily addressed in this manner and if not, appropriate recommendations for further care will be made. Phone lines are open M-F 9-12pm and 1-430pm.
If you are subsequently scheduled for an in-office appointment, we kindly ask that you wear a mask to the office.
Please provide an up to date phone number at the time of booking your telephone appointment and keep your phone near you. Your doctor may be calling from a private phone number (please ensure your phone is set up to receive the call) and thank you in advance for your patience if we are running late.
Prescription refills are being faxed directly to the pharmacy after your appointment, please allow 48 hours for your pharmacy to process the request.
Flu Shots:
It is important for people of all ages to get a flu shot, especially this year, since flu symptoms and COVID symptoms are very similar. It’s not too late to get your flu shot!

At the time of your scheduled appointment, join the virtual waiting room
