If you have access to a home blood pressure machine, please check your blood pressure prior to your appointment and have the reading available for your doctor
Please have the name, address and if possible the fax number of your pharmacy ready. You can use this directory to help: https://www.bcpharmacists.org/list-community-pharmacies
If you are calling regarding a skin concern, please take a photo ahead of time and save it to your device. Your doctor will ask you to submit a copy whilst on your call so they can better assess your concern
Please check your weight at home prior to your prenatal appointment
If you have been asked to complete the PHQGAD, please download it here and save it to your device to complete it. The doctor will ask you to submit this during your video call
If you have an appointment with Dr Baker, please ensure you are logged into Dr Baker's virtual wait room and not that of Dr Gallo or Dr Malhi
If your Doctor is online, we can see that you are waiting and will try to get to you as soon as possible. We can sometimes run late as we work our way through the appointment schedule, thank you for understanding
